#26 Enjoy the struggle?
Imagine for a second if you could live in harmony with your struggles. How different will you feel in your body, mind and behavior if lived from the premise of ‘this is part of my journey, it too shall pass and it is perfectly ok that I am where I am now’.
Our main ingredients to this happiness-in-struggle recipe are acceptance, hope and a dash of humor! (with maybe a sip of wine here and there :) )
