#43 What to do when you don’t reach your goal.
Are you afraid to set SMART goals because you are already anticipating failure?

Steps to evaluate your approach:
What did not work?
What was I thinking?
What do I need to believe/think in order to get the result of the goal? (What thoughts will create the kind of emotion within me that will move me towards that goal)
Change your APPROACH and NOT the goal.
Lightbulb moment: Detach yourself from the missed goal - it does not say anything about YOU but rather about your APPROACH...and that can be changed!
